Aicheers Return Policy

At Aicheers, we offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with further instructions on how and where to ship the item. Please note that any items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, feel free to reach out.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: To get the product you want faster, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

European Union Cooling-Off Period: If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 2 days of receiving the item, with no explanation required. As with our general return policy, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached, along with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 30 business days, please reach out to us.
